A: Yes our background is in IBM and along the way we have worked on many other vendors equipment principally HP, Compaq, Lexmark, Net App and others as well. Just ask us.
Q: How do I know you have the spare parts to look after my equipment?
A: You are welcome to visit our offices where the spares are held
Q: Will I be bothered with requests for visits from non technical people?
A: No, in keeping with our minimalist operation we do not have account execs the only person you will see unless you request it is your engineer.
Q: Does my engineer visit regularly to ensure my systems integrity?
A: Yes regular visits are made to check logs etc and ensure the health of your systems. Our experienced engineers will often make suggestions regarding your unique environment.
